Welcome to Pulse Yoga, a Yoga Studio for the whole community located at Lismore's health hub, the Inner Light Centre. Here, we combine traditional with modern methodologies to promote marked improvements in your physical and mental wellbeing. Our aim is to create a community meeting place where people can connect in a relaxed way and enjoy the benefits of yoga practice.
We offer a range of Vinyasa yoga classes to suit all bodies and life stages. You can choose from the more dynamic Vinyasa flow class, to the gentle Restorative sessions.
One of our specialties is prenatal yoga and these classes have been running continually since 2013. They provide a haven for women to come and share their experience of pregnancy in a safe group setting.

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
Pulse Yoga has been operating in the Northern Rivers region since 2013. Our Vinyasa yoga style is unique in its flowing and creative nature and caters to a broad range of clientele. It combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interconnection of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.
Our studio, part of the Inner Light Centre, is light and spacious, equipped with mats and yoga props for your use.
We share the studio with a wide range of mindful movement forms including Aikido, Kundalini Yoga and Nia Dance. The Centre also offers therapies including Osteopathy, Acupuncture and Shiatsu Massage.
Yin [Restorative] Flow
Sunday 21st July 3 - 4.15pm
A monthly slow yoga flow where you can take time out to relax and replenish your mind, body and soul.
Restorative yoga has numerous health benefits and helps relieve chronic stress by stimulating and soothing the organs and relaxing the nervous system. We offer you props for support so that you can let go in the longer holds.
You will be also be led on a guided deep rest [yoga nidra] at the end of class.
4 week Pregnancy Yoga Course
This 4 week course is for women over the 1st trimester who want to find connection with themselves and their growing babies. It honours pregnancy as a time of great mental and physical growth.
As well as guiding women on coordinating breath and movement, pregnancy yoga helps with focus and concentration.
Come and connect with other mums-to-be in a sacred space.
Connection and relaxation
This is a therapeutic bodywork utilising various techniques borrowed from Shiatsu, Tui Na [Chinese massage and cupping] as well as modern remedial.
It is beneficial for removing obstructions, restoring balance and energy.
Relax and restore
A gentle, relaxing massage designed for pregnancy. Clients rest on a futon [Japanese mat] in a side lying position.
